I first met Amanda and her family at Aunt Marilyns christmas parties. Soon after that i was embraced by the whole family and spent many days and nights at their house. Spending time with Michelle and Kira and the boys. I met her Dad Mike and bro Josh and felt kinship with them too. They all treated me like one of them. I was lucky to be invited to many things like game nights and Camping trips. What a great time we all had. One day we left camp and came back to find all of the beer had been stolen. 60 beers!Everyone was speechless and Mike said, “fuck it, well get 70 beers” i think we had 11 dogs at camp that week. Amanda was the cool one lets face it. She taught me a lot and was the first one i ever smoked “the chronic” with. Cruising in the blue grand am, looking through her enormous cd collection. The only person who had more than me. Many sunny days spent by the pool in those days. Sippin on razz vodka and vernors. We ate better than anyone as the girls knew how to COOK! Amanda and Kira are my sisters from other misters. We werent as close in recent years but those early days changed my life forever. Thank you so much Amanda for being one of my best friends and showing me how to be cool. Please save me a chair next to you at the big party in the sky!
